Children's Weekly Programs

  1. Buda BLAST (Ages 5-7): Plant Appreciation Day

    April 13, 2021, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Online!

Where would we be without plants? Not living on this planet! Learn why plants are so important to living and non-living things on Earth. We will explore ways to make the lives of our plants better and how they make OUR lives better. We will make some "blooming" flower science, draw the parts of a plant, and create homemade plant food. Supplies needed: white paper (copy or notebook), colored pencils or crayons, scissors, water, a shallow dish. Join the Buda Public Library for virtual weekly programs! Weekly programs provide enrichment and enjoyment for school aged children while allowing connection within our community. Each week will feature different topics including book club/literature studies, art, science activities, and more! Register once and each week we will send you a zoom link along with information about future classes. A supply list will be communicated through e-mail.
