  1. Buda Kids (ages 8-11): Art with Inspired Minds - Black Artist Study

    Let’s explore art with artist, Gena, from Inspired Minds Art Center! This month we are celebrating Black History Month by studying some Black artists! Grab any art supplies you have on hand for this class! Recommended supplies include watercolor paints and paper, oil pastels, crayons and colored pencils. If you can’t find any supplies at home, art supplies can be requested individually or as a kit! Join the Buda Public Library for virtual weekly programs! Weekly programs provide enrichment and enjoyment for school aged children while allowing connection within our community. Each week will feature different topics including book club/literature studies, art, science activities, and more! Register once and each week we will send you a zoom link along with information about future classes. A supply list will be communicated through e-mail.

  1. Master Gardener: Planting a Perennial Garden for a Glorious Spring

    This class will take place virtually on Zoom. Perennial gardens can transform any space with colors, textures and dimension to enjoy year after year. However, “perennial” is not synonymous with “work-free” though the effort these gardens require will reward you for years to come. Taking the time to plan all aspects of your garden can reduce some of the effort and is the first step in your long-term relationship with your thriving garden. This presentation will focus primarily on the planning process.
