Meeting Spaces

There are several meeting areas in the City of Buda Municipal Complex that may be used by the public. When not being used by the library or City Hall, the rooms are available to rent. The rooms may be used by local not-for-profit organizations and established community organizations with three (3) or more participants for no charge when there is no fundraising or any commercial exchange involved. Other groups may use the rooms for an hourly rate.

Please complete the application and Facility Use Policy and send to library staff to schedule use.

The library also has several study rooms. These are available to individuals and small groups so they may meet or study in a space with limited distractions. Study rooms are not available for social, self-promotional, or commercial purposes, including for-profit tutors. People wanting to use a study room should check in at the circulation desk. To reserve a room in advance, please call the library during operating hours.
